Terms of Service

• “Service” means the iSalesAI HR web application and related features.
• “Company account” means the private workspace created for one employer organisation.
• “Administrator” means a user authorised to manage a company account.
• “Employee user” means a person invited to a company account for self-service access.
• “Customer data” means all data your organisation submits to the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. Each administrator is responsible for the accuracy of the employee, payroll and statutory data entered.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@isalesai.com.my if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

• Plans are offered on a subscription basis, with employee seat limits per plan.
• A free plan is assigned automatically when a company account is created.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before renewal.
• Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude any applicable taxes.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of Malaysian employment or tax legislation.
• Attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing service from the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.

Your organisation retains ownership of all customer data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to operate and support the Service. Each company account is logically isolated so that data is only accessible to authorised users of that account.

The Service calculates EPF, PERKESO (SOCSO and EIS) and LHDN PCB/MTD amounts using the published official schedules applicable to the relevant year. These calculations are provided as a tool to assist your payroll process. You remain solely responsible for verifying and submitting statutory contributions and returns to the relevant Malaysian authorities. iSalesAI HR does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

We aim to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may cause downtime. Support is available by email and WhatsApp during normal Malaysian business hours.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing by Stripe and cloud hosting and database services. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use. After termination, customer data may be retained for a limited period to allow export, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, remain the property of iSalesAI. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service during your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify iSalesAI against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your customer data, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
